1. Shipping by Subtotal Range Viking Coders /A shipping module which calculates shipping depending on what range the subtotal falls into. Permits up to 8 ranges of subtotals to be set (eg. 0 to $20, $20 to $30, etc) and a different shipping charge can be set for each range to be established. Different ranges and shipping charges can be set up for as many different shipping methods (eg. UPS, Airmail, etc.) as you want. Individual products and categories can be configured to have free shipping and/or have additional handling charges added. Price: $25 Upgrade Cost: $15

Minimum or Subtotal Shipping by World Zone Weiland / Miva CentralThe subtotal module by world zone allows you to specify different shipping rates based on the method of shipping AND the subtotal cost of the order AND the area of the world the item is being shipped to. This Miva Merchant module evaluates the "ship to" country and displays its methods and rates applicable to the destination. This prevents customers from selecting its lower rates which may not be available for them. The module can also exclude specific product codes from the subtotal calculation, i.e. doesn't charge shipping for specific products but does charge for those not on the exempt list. You can also have a zero shipping charge for any subtotal range, e.g. free ground shipping on orders over $200. If you want to apply a percentage of the subtotal instead of a specific amount, you can include the % with the rate for any subtotal range. In the compiled version of Merchant, you can designate specific products that cannot be shipped by a specific method if they are in the basket. Hence, an ineligible product can block one or more of this module's methods from the shipping selection list. Minimum or Subtotal Shipping by Zip Code Zone Weiland / Miva CentralThe subtotal module by ZIP code zone allows you to specify different shipping rates based on the method of shipping AND the subtotal cost of the order AND the area of the country the item is being shipped to. This Miva Merchant module evaluates the first three numbers of the "ship to" ZIP code and displays its methods and rates applicable to the destination. This prevents customers from selecting its lower rates which may not be available for them. The module can also exclude specific product codes from the subtotal calculation, i.e. doesn't charge shipping for specific products but does charge for those not on the exempt list. You can also have a zero shipping charge for any subtotal range, e.g. free ground shipping on orders over $200. Our store address is 123 1st Street and our hours of operation are M-F 8-5:30." You can also change the default country from US and the length of ZIP code used from 3 to 5. The module evaluates the "ship to" state and only displays those methods and rates applicable to the destination. This prevents customers from selecting lower rates which may not be available for them. The module also limits the shipping charge to a minimum and maximum, set by the store owner in admin.
