Show Discount modules allow you to easily customize and display varying price and cost fields. You can even require customers to login before discounts will be made available to them.

Use caution when considering any modules from modStop. Their support has been reported by umpteen Miva Merchant users as suspect and worse. Some of their modules are simple and shouldn't require support. Please contact us with any questions concerning them or their modules.

1. Price Wizard Professional Luray / Miva Central

Displays MSRP, Savings and Price 3 ways:

1. Use the Cost field to set MSRP and display savings as difference or Percentage.
2. Use a Percent markup over Price to extablish MSRPand display savings as difference or Percentage.
3. Use Price Groups to set discount and display normal price as MSRP and savings the difference between Price and Adjusted Price.
* 4. Use both Group Method and Price Methods simultaneously.

* Display MSRP with or without strike through.
* Create your own labels for "MSRP", "Savings" and "Your Price".
* Font size, color and bold control.
* Select screens to display the above information.

Independent and simultaneous control over Flagged Products

Supress Price on Flagged Products

* Designate specific products not to display price.
* Replace Price with your message on flagged products.
* Replace Price for Flagged Products with HTML link.
* Replace Price with Email link (adds Product Code and Name to Subject line.)
* Select screens to display the above information.
* Supress "Add" and "Buy"Buttons.

Independent and simultaneous control over products with a Price of Zero

* Create your own message to replace "Price".
* Email link includes Product Code and Name in Subj Line.
* Replace 0.00 Price with an HTML link to another page.
* Select screens to display the above information.
* Remvoe "Add" and "Buy" buttons.

Forced Login controlled by two methods:

* No Access without Login at all.
* Suppress Price, Add to Basket and Buy Buttons.
* Place Order without Account suppression optional
* Create New Account suppression optional.

2. Strike-Thru Pricing modStop /

This OpenUI extension module sets the products in your store to display a striked-thru retail price when the current price (using Price Groups or DiscountTrkPro) is less. Will automatically display the normal price (with strike-thru formattig), the shopper's special price, as well as their savings (both the dollar savings and percentage savings).

3. Price Wizard Luray / Design Extend

Now you can easily customize and display varying price and cost fields.

With Price Wizard, you can opt to display the price field, cost field or another field calculated by both price and cost fields. You can optionally show customers their overall savings on a per product basis.

Price information can be optionally displayed on product, category, product list or search screens.

4. Show Price Group Discount CrosstownTraffic.Net /

This module will show the resulting discounts from using the Merchant Price Group Feature. You can use: Markup From Cost, Discount From Retail, and Cost to show discounts to your customers. The amount of discounting is controlled through the admin in the Price Group feature. You also have control over whether you show the customer a higher or lower discount based on the Price Groups they are assigned to.

5. Discount Code CrosstownTraffic.Net /

Show customers a MSRP, and require them to validate themselves before showing them their price & savings. Upon receiving their discount code in an e-mail, they can either click the link in the e-mail received, or enter enter the code back into the browser. Once validated using the Discount Code, they can see this products price, and add it to their cart.

The store remembers this computer having access to the product. Product is pin-pointed for use of a discount code, by adding "DC_" to the product code.

This OpenUI extension module refreshes the prices of items in the basket when you "login". Merchant will not apply special price group discounts to any products currently in the basket when the shopper logs in, but with this module all prices will be re-calculated and will include any discounts the shopper is eligible for through their customer account after logging in.

Refreshes the prices of the items in the shopper's basket when they "login". Give your shoppers the prices they have earned, but forgot to login!

Merchant will not apply special price group discounts to any products currently in the basket when the shopper logs in, but with this module all prices will be re-calculated and will include any discounts the shopper is eligible for through their customer account after logging in.

Standard Merchant behavior does not adjust prices of any products in the basket if they were added before the customer logged in. This module will adjust the prices for the customer after they log into their price group account.
