Use caution when considering any modules from modStop. Their support has been reported by umpteen Miva Merchant users as suspect and worse. Some of their modules are simple and shouldn't require support. Please contact us with any questions concerning them or their modules.

1. Mandatory Agreement Luray / Miva Central

This OpenUI extension module allows you to require that customers agree to a statement before being able to checkout. For example, if you require customers agree to specific licensing on your products, or if they need to be at least 18 years old, this extension will prompt the customer to read the statement (which you customize yourself) and either agree (checkout) or disagree (be sent to a specific URL which you designate).

Options include:

• Create your own Agreement using text or HTML
• Option to Display or Suppress the Category Tree.
• Option to use Images instead of form box labels.
• "Not Agree" button terminates at Store Front but can be changed to terminate at any static link of your choice.
• Determine products that require Agreement through options to select "All Products", only "Specified Products" or All Products except "Exempt Products".
• Options to display the Agreement on the bottom of the Invoice Screen and/or at the bottom of the Merchant and Customer Email notification with additional option to enter a Caption above this display.
• Options to display the Basket Content at the top of the Agreement with further options to make the Basket Content editable and enter a Caption above the Basket Contents with instructions.
• Control the Checkout Button Display through options to "Display All Screens", "Removed on All Screens", "Removed on All Checkout Screens" or "Link Inactive on Checkout Screens".
• Uses Open UI Tokens with Token drop down Select feature.

2. License Agreement modStop /

This module displays a license agreement (or terms and conditions or other such information) at checkout and requires the user to agree before allowing them to continue. Each license agreement includes text or HTML that you configure through the admin interface. You can specify a global agreement that all shoppers must agree to, as well as individual agreements tied to specific products that will only be shown if the shopper orders those products.

3. Order Agreement Sebenza Studios / Miva Central

This module will allow you to display a license or order agreement before the checkout process is completed. The agreement is displayed on its own screen which is configurable from your stores admin panel using user specified HTML.

4. Agreement Form and Data Collection CrosstownTraffic.Net /

Customer must agree to your terms before proceeding. Admin interface allows a Memo field for limitless area to input your Policy, or Agreement. Also included is a drop down question to gather other information. Most people would use it to gather how the customer found you, but the question, and responses are configurable. 6 choices in the drop down selection allow for most possibilities. Gathered information is sent along to the Merchant e-mail.

5. Checkout This Magic Metal Productions / Miva Central

Checkout This provides a way for you to display important information to your customers during the checkout process. You define one or more messages that can be triggered by various conditions of the customer's purchase. The messages are displayed on a separate page, and the user must click the Continue button to proceed with checkout.

You can assign messages to be triggered by:

• Type of shipping
• Type of payment
• Specific product in basket
• Product from specific category in basket
• Customized conditions using OpenUI tokens
• Combinations of all the above

You can customize the HTML layout of the page, as well as the individual messages. You can also customize the Continue button, or remove it entirely to create a "dead end" page that will prevent customers from completing their purchase.

As an optional feature, you can collect additional information from your customers, by displaying a text box, checkbox, or drop-down menu with any message. (This feature requires the Special Order Instructions module, available separately.)

6. Customer Agreement Page Advanz Design / Miva Central

Display a customizable, interactive agreement page during checkout. Design your own agreement page with accept/decline buttons to continue or abort checkout. Ideal for customer acceptance of storefront payment, order, policy, etc terms.

• Show/hide category tree and right column
• Page title
• Disagree/decline button redirection to storefrontwelcome page or your own desired URL
• Option to exclude or include specific products to display agreement page
• Choice to display agreement page after customer info or shipping/payment selection page
