The Order Fulfillment Kit provides HTML customer invoices with file attachments for soft goods deliveries, custom generated license keys for software or other electronically distributed products, and an XML notification system for transmitting order data (and license keys) instantly to external locations or license servers. The Order Fulfillment Kit helps storeowners automate the fulfillment processes. For the retailer of electronically distributed products or other products that require an on-demand license key, this module gives you the ability to provide (random or custom generated) license keys to your customer immediately upon the purchase of a downloadable product. Additionally, soft-goods products can be immediately sent to customers as file attachments of their HTML invoice, and the generated license keys can be transmitted to external license servers via XML. For the retailer of hard goods that must be packaged and shipped to the customer, this module turns a completed Miva Merchant invoice into an XML message and sends that message to a designated CGI application on an external web server allowing the order information to be immediately catalogued in a database for order fulfillment. Additionally, retailers can use this information for customer retention campaigns, historical data collection and data mining.

Ultimate Feed Generator is a tool for generating product feeds, sitemaps, and more. It can be used to create feeds for:
- Shopping Portals: Shopzilla, NexTag, Shopping.com, PriceGrabber, and more
- Search engine sitemaps: Google XML Sitemaps, Yahoo Search Submit, etc
- HTML Store Maps: page(s) on your own site that link to every (or selected) product and category
Ultimate Feed Generator comes with 5 pre-defined feeds: Google Sitemaps, Froogle, PriceGrabber, Yahoo Site Submit, and an HTML site map. You can create as many new feeds, for as many purposes as you like, through the simply yet powerful interface. The module provides tokens to display dynamic product and category data, such as name, price, description, weight, and other database fields. It also fully supports OpenTokens for users of OpenUI (although OpenUI is not required to use Ultimate Feed Generator). Feeds can be generated individually, or you can select multiple feeds and run them at once. (Check them all off and go to lunch while it processes, for instance.)

Finally, a robust FedEx shipping module! It offers many more configuration options than Merchant's standard FedEx module, such as calculation taking into account dimensional weight, and declared value insurance. In addition, it lets you configure products to be shipping independently in their own box (or multiple quantity per box) and from their own zip code. Individual products can be flagged to have free shipping, products being shipping in their own box can be specified to have free shipping on a per-method basis (eg. free FedEx Home Delivery for product x), and individual methods can be configured to be free (eg. free FedEx ground). Individual methods can be discounted (eg. FedEx Ground 25% off). Individual methods can also have specific handling charges assigned to them. The merchant can specify the maximum weight to put into individual shipping boxes as well as a maximum number. The module uses a sophisticated algorithm to pack the boxes to the maximum weight while maintaining the lowest number of boxes. The methods seen by the customer in the drop down shipping selection list can be sorted either ascending or descending (or not at all). The module calculates it's rates by direct XML communication with FedEx's servers and obviously offers FedEx's shipping options but otherwise is similar in functionality to the

Blocked Cookies - Loosing Customers Miva Merchant uses cookies (small files stored on the visitor's computer) for the identification of the visitor and for managing his/her session. When visitor's browser does not accept cookies from your website, the content of the basket may be lost when the customer clicks on the checkout button, opening the session in secure mode (SSL). Such visitors will not be able to complete the payment and will leave the store in most cases without even contacting you. Browser Cookie Control and P3P Modern browsers like the MSIE v6, depending on their configuration, automatically turn off cookies on sites that do not declare their privacy policies in so called P3P compact policy in HTTP headers. Declaring the P3P policies in the document or through a XML file is not sufficient, only the coded P3P compact policy is currently being recognized. To stop loosing customers in Miva Merchant due to the lapse of P3P compact headers, the MmP3P module was developed. After installing the module and registering your license key, you can enter your P3P compact policy into its settings, and MmP3P will take care about serving them properly with every Merchant page. P3P Privacy Policies The default compact P3P policy of the MmP3P module matches a typical and generic Miva Merchant store, but the definitive setting must be customized to match your real privacy policies about collecting and handling user data and therefore you should generate the P3P policies with the help of one of available services and then enter the code into the MmP3P settings. Detailed information about P3P Privacy Policies, including FAQ, links to P3P validators, generators and consultancy services may be found at the W3C Consortium.
