Texas Miva Regional User Group Meeting was Cool
This year’s conference was pretty sweet. Thanks to all the end-users that came this year. You can see their pictures below. Another big thanks to the sponsors this year. Vic Vega of Wolfpaw Hosting sponsored an Italian dinner Friday night at Salernos, Miva Small Business sponsored breakfast Saturday morning at Dennys, Barney of Stone Edge sponsored lunch at the Blue Fire Grill, and David Hubbard of Hostasaurus Hosting sponsored dinner at Saltgrass Steakhouse.
Everyone seemed to enjoy and benefit from all the sessions on email marketing, mm4 vs mm5, siteXpansion, and OpenUI tokens. We also had a Q & A teleconference with Julie Wilberand Mark Hughes of Miva Small Business that went over well. There were 22 people total that attended the event and 15 of them were end-users. It wasn’t a big surprise to find out that 100% of end-users attending used the OpenUI. Three end-users used both OpenUI/MM4 and MM5 with zero using only MM5. You can stay informed on the latest conferences here.
