Network Solutions Inc. (NSI) recently announced that it purchased MonsterCommerce, an ecommerce shopping cart system. The CEO of NSI stated that the currest shopping cart system “…hasn’t been a good experience for customers..”.

What the article did not point out is that NSI customers and members of the Miva Merchant users list have a different opinion on the matter. NSI hosting customers have complained about problems with Miva Merchant that NSI should have supported. The overwhelming opinion of list members was for NSI customers to move to a better host where they wouldn’t have these problems and get better support for Miva Merchant.
