Miva Merchant Seo Article Content Stolen and Reprinted

The content in my article on Getting Google to Index Dynamic Miva Merchant Categories and Products way back in November 2002 was initially stolen and put in Web Position's newsletter, Market Position.
I just found this site on search engine optimization help that has reprinted the stolen content with permission from the original thief.
I know imitation is the sincerest form of flatterly, but they could at least link my key phrase text and not the phrase online resource.
The fact that they gave Miva Merchant users misinformation when they rewrote some of my content didn't help matters.
